I have purchased most of my test equipment off eBay, but it has been a gamble. I have won more than I have lost, but I’ve lost a few.
I have found a good source (2008) for professional used electronics test equipment — a person who actually knows how to do more than power it up! I’ve bought several items from him and have been very pleased. Talk to Ken at Prolex Design (British Columbia, Canada).
