NOTE: Unless otherwise arranged in advance:

—All Canadian clients will be billed in Canadian dollars and need to pay in Canadian dollars. GST/HST will be charged to Canadian clients.

—All U.S. clients will be billed in U.S. dollars and need to pay in U.S. dollars.

—All International clients: we will come to a mutually agreeable payment method and currency. At this point we prefer wire transfer in Canadian currency, but that is open to discussion.

—This pertains to payments made with the order (which is our policy in most cases) or billed (for institutional and government clients).

Preferred Method for Canadian clients. If you use one of the five major Canadian Banks please send payment via an Interac/Certapay email money transfer to email: richard@richardhess.com

Preferred Method for U.S. clients. If you are in the U.S. near a branch of Bank of America or TDBank, you can deposit a check directly to my U.S. Bank of America or U.S TDBank account. It is secure as I never see the check and I like it as I don't have to wait for the mail. Please contact me for details concerning this option.

Preferred alternate for U.S. and Canadian clients. If you cannot use Interac, make a Bank of America deposit, or a TDBank deposit; we prefer that you mail us your personal or company check (cheque). We can accept cheques in both Canadian and U.S. currency.
The check/cheque MUST be made out in its NATIVE currency.

We accept U.S. Postal Service INTERNATIONAL Money Orders but cannot accept the green Domestic Money Orders which state on their face that they are only negotiable within the U.S. and Possessions.
